Return Procedure

To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in original packaging condition and require an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. To obtain your RMA# call MMC Customer Support at 1-216-896-9870, or submit your RMA request online.

Due to the nature of clearance parts (as identified by MMC), returns for credit or replacement will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by MMC within 30 days of the original invoice date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days. Due to limited stock, replacements for clearance products may not be available immediately.
To request warranty service, customer must call Technical Support within the warranty period. Have your invoice available when calling. If warranty service is required, MMC will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Customer must ship the products back to MMC in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. It is customer's responsibility to comply with the carrier's packaging requirements when shipping product to us for service. Include copy of your invoice. During the 1st year of your warranty MMC will ship the repaired or replacement products to customer (freight prepaid by MMC) if customer uses an address in the continental U.S., where applicable. Shipments to other locations will be made freight prepaid by customer.

MMC is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a popular shipping method such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing AND DOUBLE BOXING preferred) and full insurance paid. The RMA# number that was issued to you should be clearly written on the top of the box AND NOT COVERED by any labels. All return shipments should be sent to:
